Zénobe-Théophile Gramme

Zénobe-Théophile Gramme (born April 4, 1826, and died January 20, 1901) was a notable Belgian electrical engineer. His invention of the Gramme machine, the first viable continuous-current generator for industrial-scale production, drove the global adoption of electric power.
