Toshimitsu Motegi

With a background in Harvard and the McKinsey consultancy, Toshimitsu Motegi (b. 1955) is the LDP’s master strategist and Secretary-General. As one of the country’s most experienced diplomats and trade negotiators, he played a vital role in shaping Japanese foreign policy and managing complex global trade relations.
