Samuel F. B. Morse

Samuel F. B. Morse (born April 27, 1791, and died April 2, 1872) was an American inventor and artist. He revolutionized global communications by independently perfecting the electric telegraph and developing the famous Morse Code, successfully testing his first 64 km line in 1843.
