First Appearance of Zé Povinho

The satirical figure of Zé Povinho, created by Rafael Bordalo Pinheiro, makes its first appearance in the fifth edition of the newspaper "A Lanterna Mágica". The character became the great symbol of caricature and the Portuguese people.
