Paulo Raimundo

With a strong history in trade union activism and grassroots working-class youth movements, Paulo Raimundo assumed the leadership of the Portuguese Communist Party (PCP). Succeeding the historic Jerónimo de Sousa, Raimundo represents the continuity of the orthodox communist struggle, centered on the staunch defense of workers' rights and the fight against capital.
