Mario Vargas Llosa

Mario Vargas Llosa (born March 28, 1936, and died April 13, 2025) was one of the most prestigious contemporary writers and winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature (2010). A central figure of the Latin American "boom", his vast work explored political and social tensions with a masterful command of narrative and critical thinking.
