Manuel Monteiro

Manuel Monteiro (b. 1962) is a Portuguese politician and academic. He stood out as the leader of the CDS-PP party during the 1990s, being recognized for his eloquent rhetoric and vigorous defense of a conservative and eurosceptic vision in national politics.
