Luís de Sttau Monteiro

Luís de Sttau Monteiro (born April 3, 1926, and died July 23, 1993) was an eminent Portuguese writer, playwright, and journalist. A singular voice of national literature and cultural resistance against the dictatorship, he was immortalized by his play "Felizmente Há Luar!", awarded the Grand Prize for Theater.
