Layne Staley

Layne Staley (born August 22, 1967, and died April 5, 2002) was a powerful American vocalist. His anguished, hypnotic voice, crossed with heavy harmonies, defined the dark, unmistakable aura of Alice in Chains in the grunge landscape.
