Kaja Kallas

High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Vice-President of the Commission, Kaja Kallas (b. 1977) is the architect of European diplomacy. Former Prime Minister of Estonia, she focuses her agenda on security against external threats, support for Ukraine, and strengthening the EU’s role as a strong and coherent geopolitical actor.
