Jarosław Kaczyński

The twin brother of the late President Lech Kaczyński, Jarosław is the master strategist and spiritual leader of the Law and Justice (PiS) party. Even without frequently holding formal government positions, he has for years shaped Poland's conservative, Eurosceptic, and traditionalist agenda from behind the scenes in parliament.
