Isambard Kingdom Brunel

Isambard Kingdom Brunel (born April 9, 1806, and died September 15, 1859) was a bold English civil and mechanical engineer. An icon of the Industrial Revolution, he designed a vast network of tunnels, bridges, and railways, in addition to building the first commercially viable transatlantic steamship.
