Hugo Chávez

Hugo Chávez (born July 28, 1954, and died March 5, 2013) was the President of Venezuela and the central figure of the Bolivarian Revolution. His mandate redefined Latin American geopolitics through socialist policies, resource nationalization, and a strong anti-imperialist discourse.
