Howard A. Rusk

Howard A. Rusk (born April 9, 1901, and died November 4, 1989) was a visionary American physician, universally recognized as the founder of rehabilitation medicine. His pioneering work with World War II veterans established protocols that today globally support people with motor and neurological disabilities.
