Horácio Roque

Horácio Roque (born April 12, 1944, and died March 19, 2010) was a prominent and bold Portuguese businessman and financier. As the founder of Banif, his broad vision boosted the banking sector and catalyzed economic development, particularly in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.
