Harold Stephen Black

Harold Stephen Black (born April 14, 1898, and died December 11, 1983) was an American electrical engineer. His discovery of the negative feedback principle in 1927 eliminated distortions in amplified signals, acting as an invisible pillar of almost all modern electronics and computing.
