Foundation of Presença magazine

On March 10, 1927, the literary magazine "Presença" was founded in Coimbra. Led by figures such as José Régio and João Gaspar Simões, it established itself as the primary vehicle of the second Portuguese modernism, promoting literature focused on originality and psychological introspection.
