Fumio Kishida

Born in Hiroshima, Fumio Kishida (b. 1957) served as Japan’s 100th and 101st Prime Minister. Under his leadership, the country orchestrated a historic increase in military spending and strengthened its diplomatic role in the G7, promoting a vision of "new capitalism" focused on economic redistribution and regional stability in the Pacific.
