Filipa Vacondeus

Filipa Vacondeus (born May 29, 1931, and died January 6, 2015) was a legendary Portuguese cook and gastronomic writer. She became an unavoidable reference in national cuisine through her books and television shows, where she preserved and promoted traditional recipes with an accessible and charismatic language.
