Blessed Józef Sebastian Pelczar Day

The memory of Blessed Józef Sebastian Pelczar (1842-1924), a Polish bishop and founder of the Congregation of the Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, is evoked. His life was dedicated to social action, education, and unconditional support for the most disadvantaged.
