Day of Saint Catherine of Sweden

Celebration of Saint Catherine of Sweden (died March 24, 1381), virgin and religious. Daughter of Saint Bridget, she accompanied her mother on her pilgrimages and assumed leadership of the Order of the Most Holy Savior, being venerated for her purity and protection against abortion and difficult childbirths.
