D. Filipe II (The Pious)

D. Filipe II of Portugal and III of Spain (born April 14, 1578, and died March 31, 1621) was the second monarch of the Philippine Dynasty. His reign accentuated Spanish administrative centralization, generating growing discontent in Portugal.
