Chien-Shiung Wu

Chien-Shiung Wu (b. 1912) was an extraordinary Chinese-American experimental physicist, affectionately dubbed the "First Lady of Physics". She provided the first experimental proof in 1956 that the law of conservation of parity is violated in weak subatomic interactions, transforming modern physics.
