Carlos Roberto Reina

Carlos Roberto Reina (born March 13, 1926, and died August 19, 2003) was President of Honduras between 1994 and 1998. A distinguished jurist and diplomat, his mandate was marked by the driving "moral revolution", an agenda focused on combating corruption and demilitarizing the State.
