Bulhão Pato

Portuguese writer and poet, known for his involvement in the cultural and political life of the 19th century, and is also remembered for giving his name to a famous gastronomic recipe. A friend of Alexandre Herculano and Eça de Queirós, he was an influential figure in Portuguese literature, having his name immortalized in the famous clams à Bulhão Pato.
