Alec Guinness

Sir Alec Guinness (born April 2, 1914, and died August 5, 2000) was a legendary British actor. An Academy Award winner, his chameleon-like career ranged from David Lean classics, such as "The Bridge on the River Kwai", to the iconic role of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi in the "Star Wars" saga.
