    Antoni Patek, Polish-Swiss watchmaker. Founder of the prestigious watch manufacture Patek Philippe & Co. in 1839, initially in partnership with François Czapek and later with Adrien Philippe. The brand has become synonymous with excellence and innovation in haute horlogerie, producing some of the most complex and luxurious watches in the world. He died in Geneva on March 1, 1877, he was 64 years old.
