Polyglot, European affairs expert, and charismatic Mayor of Warsaw, Rafał Trzaskowski is the most liberal and cosmopolitan face of the Civic Platform party. He represents Poland's young, urban electorate and lost the presidential election by a razor-thin margin in one of the country's closest ballots.
